Digital Images Use and Fee Schedule

The images in our digital collection are displayed online as low-resolution JPG images, which may be used by members of the public as long as clear credit is given to Omaha Public Library (OPL). Unless other wording is agreed upon, the usual credit statement should be “From the collections of Omaha Public Library.” High-resolution TIFF images can be purchased for  nonexclusive, one-time use.

OPL does not provide advice to patrons about which materials are protected by third-party rights and which materials may be used freely. The user is solely responsible for determining whether the use of any image requires the permission of any other person or entity, and is responsible for paying any associated fees.
